Ordering Procedures:

  1. Prices are in Philippine Pesos but can be converted to US Dollars at current exchange rate.
     
  2. Prices do not include shipping charges. Upon receipt of your tentative order or inquiry, we will submit to you computations based on the size of your order and shipment destination. A minimum order of 1 cubic meter of assorted goods is recommended to avail of the minimum charges for sea freight.
     
  3. Upon your confirmation of the order, which will be itemized, showing cost of items, packing, freight and insurance, full payment of the order is required before shipment.
     
  4. Payments acceptable: Visa Card, MasterCard, or Bank Telegraphic Transfer. An authorization form for credit card payments will be e-mailed to you, if you choose this mode of payment. For telegraphic transfer, our bank account will be indicated.
     
  5. Shipment of your order will be made within two to six weeks, depending on the availability of items at the time the order is received, or production time, if not immediately available.
     
  6. Complete documents required to claim the goods, will be sent by express courier to the consignee way ahead of the arrival of the shipment.
